About us

Bayside Legal is a private West Australian law firm welcoming clients from all backgrounds, especially those living with disability and diversity. Our goal is to ensure that access to the law and sound legal advice is not only accessible, but also delivered by a team who takes the time to understand our client’s needs. For clients living with disability, we offer flexible service delivery, including the use of assistive technology, Braille, and AUSLAN interpretation.

Our staff includes individuals living with disability, and we have experience in working with people living with disability and from diverse backgrounds. We can provide legal services using Zoom, a range of assistive technology, and home visits where practicable. We also offer Braille coversheets for vision-impaired clients.

Having lived and worked in rural and regional areas, we understand the unique challenges faced by country people. We serve city, rural, and regional clients, as well as those with overseas families and assets, offering comprehensive legal services and cross-border estate planning advice.

This is why Bayside Legal provides personalised service, not just a legal product.
