Probate and Letters of Administration

For most people, applying for probate and distributing an estate is not something that happens all that often for most people, therefore, understanding the requirements of estate administration can be unfamiliar. At Bayside Legal we understand that the loss, change and obligations that present themselves at these times can feel overwhelming and unclear.

This is when working with an experienced legal team can provide advice, clarity and create a plan to step through the process of applying for probate or letters of administration. Bayside Legal can provide efficient advice, support and representation to executors to ensure they have all the information they need and the process is as smooth as possible.

Alternatively, if a Will has not been prepared and an estate requires winding up, we can assist you in applying for Letters of Administration, which will result in an administrator being appointed with the legal power to deal with the estate. We can guide you in the preparation of the application, or we can take care of the process for you.

✓ provide services as an independent administrator
